By checking any of these boxes you agree that your student's school may send you any of the following:

1) Voice Call/Voice Mail to your cell phone
2) Short Message Service (SMS) otherwise known as "text messaging" or "texting" to your cell phone

You also agree that your student's school and/or jmc Inc. will not pay for any costs that you incur
associated with the sending or reception of Messages to or from your student's school.
Your student's school and/or jmc Inc. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages in connection with, or in any way related to,
the sending or reception of Voice/SMS Messages from your student's school including any data confidentiality laws or rules.
